- Cancellation or Amendment:
** Total amount of reserved room/day will be charged for cancellation before 14 days on the check in date.
- Demand for refund shall not be entertained for early check out before the designated check-out date.
- Full amount will be payable by the guest in the case of failure to turn up on reserved date.
- Peak Season Rate (Surcharge)
** Weekend, School holiday, eve & public holiday surcharge will be applied and are excluded form the pricing above.
